The Vientiane office is the administrative headquarters of the SFE in Laos. It is managed by the SFE’s national representative in Laos, Thomas Nussbaumer, and a team of expatriate and Laotian collaborators. Among its main functions, the office ensures

• the administrative and financial coordination of all projects
• relations with local authorities and partners
• logistical support for projects
• searching for local staff
• the link with the SFE committee in Europe
